Home Up Cords/Attachments Energy Exercise
|
Do
you sometimes feel as if you’re being tied to a person, place, or experience?
That no matter what you do, you’re always being drawn back to that energy? If
so, don’t worry, you’re not alone.
As we interact with each other here on the physical plane, we form energy
connections to people, places, things and even events or experiences. Those
connections look much like ropes or cords, but have energy flowing through them.
Sometimes the energy only goes one direction, but usually each party draws on
the other’s energy, leaving both drained and often feeling smothered. Very
often the behavior involved is repeated with other people, creating
more unhealthy attachments.
These
cords can be removed periodically, whether as a daily routine, as regular aura
maintenance, or on an emergency basis
by using a simple ritual. Depending on your situation, your access to privacy
and the severity of the issue, you can either perform a physical ritual or go
into a meditative state and imagine performing the ritual. Either way, the
elements are the same.
Visualize having a sword, giant golden scissors, a knife or whatever
cutting implements feel right to you. Visualize
the individual(s) you are corded to and see, or imagine, the attachment.
Say the following either aloud or mentally: I command removal of all
cords, attachments, bindings and bonds that are no longer for my highest good. I
command removal of all cords, attachments, bindings and bonds from (state name
of individual). You may also call on Archangel Michael three times, asking him
to remove any cords no longer for your highest good.
Take action: Cut each of the cords with your chosen implement, calling on
Ascended Master St. Germaine to use the Violet Flame of Transmutation to
basically cauterize the cut ends, transmuting any contrary energy to light for
the highest good of all concerned.
Then
fill any openings, from the cords, with white light or unconditional love,
asking the angels to heal any damage to your aura and energy body, or that of
the other person.
Complete
by affirming three times:
SO BE IT, SO BE IT, SO BE IT!
The other person involved may react differently to you after you perform this
ritual, or if you have not heard from that person in a while, they may contact
you out of the blue. The person may even direct anger toward you, but because
you no longer have those direct connections, it should not affect you the same
way. Sometimes you may have to repeat the ritual until the other person accepts
that you no longer wish to be bound, or until your lower self reconciles with
your higher self and does not reconnect to the person.
