Energy work |

I'm often asked what exactly is energy work, what is light work, and what is the difference between the two. I have found that there are many answers to these questions and I can only speak for myself. While light work is a form of energy work, it involves the use of Sacred Light as a healing tool. Energy work includes but is not limited to light work, and involves different forms of energy such as emotional energy, magnetic energy, prana, and chi. Light work can also include color therapy, since light is made up of color. Many studies discuss the effects of colored rays on the health of our bodies. Those who use light and energy to help others generally are called Lightworkers, utilizing a variety of techniques from around the globe to channel light to those in need of general healing or care in a specific area. Each person emits vibrations, and those vibrations affect their experiences. Everything in the cosmos, for that matter, emits vibrations of some sort, and by controlling the nature of those vibrations plays a major role in determining life experiences.
